Shandong Shengjie Composite Materials Co., Ltd. is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities to ensure the highest quality of carbon fiber and composite products. Our factory features high-performance autoclaves for precise curing, carbon fiber hot pressing machines for uniform sheet and plate production, and advanced fabric cutting equipment for accurate sizing with minimal waste.

We also operate CNC machining centers for high-precision component shaping and specialized composite material production equipment to streamline manufacturing processes. To maintain consistent quality, our workshops are dust-free, and our warehouses are temperature-controlled, ensuring optimal storage and production conditions for all materials.

Manufacturing

At Shengjie, we take great care in managing every step of the manufacturing process to ensure consistent, high-quality results across all our products. Our electronic components are produced in advanced facilities certified to the latest ISO 9001 standard for quality management systems. Here, our skilled assemblers are thoroughly trained to meet the rigorous performance requirements of critical applications in military, aerospace, and medical fields.

We also produce an increasing number of our own components—such as plastics, transformers, metal enclosures, and test switches—allowing us to maintain greater control over product quality, cost, and delivery timelines. For all other materials, we partner only with trusted suppliers, carefully evaluating each one through facility audits, process reviews, and ongoing material testing to ensure lasting reliability and excellence.

Testing

At Shengjie, we carry out multiple rounds of testing throughout the design and manufacturing processes to ensure every product delivers lasting reliability. These tests take place in our on-site R&D and compliance laboratories—accredited to the latest ISO/IEC 17025 standard—where our team is committed to excellence at every stage. By operating our own facilities, we can test our devices more frequently and thoroughly, going beyond industry requirements to meet the high standards we hold ourselves to, every step of the way.
