Constructed using 3K tow (3,000 filaments per fiber bundle), this fabric offers exceptional structural strength and the iconic carbon fiber aesthetic. It is the ideal choice for high-end composite components in the aerospace, automotive, marine, and sporting goods industries.
Compared to plain weave, twill weave provides superior drape and conformability for complex shapes, featuring a classic diagonal pattern and slightly higher strength. Our product boasts an ultimate tensile strength of over 610 KSI, significantly exceeding the industry standard of approximately 500 KSI found in most competing products.
